Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange in California. With my wonderful partner JP and my jolly dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I write about my life in general, the good and the bad. When I was in 1990, I moved to America along with my parents and brother at the age of one and half. Without my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not share my journey. My parents were my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. My mind could see the path I wanted to take for my future. Go to college and get a degree. Get married. Get a home. Have kids. It was my idea of what success looked like. But life had other plans. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Although the salary and status were good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. It was more like I was doing nothing but wasting time. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I have a love for exercise, enjoy being with people and help those around me. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. It is rare to find an Asian woman working in this field. My goal in this industry is to build a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle that meets the needs of my clients. In addition, I strive to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. My career took off as I was experiencing the most happiness of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will forever be on my mind and in my heart. mind. Life's lessons can be hidden from us however they are highly useful. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me forever. It was a true blessing. I was given a second chance to experience living a full and fulfilling life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life, and I got the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I am living my life now, instead of merely living just like I did in the past. My goal in the story I am sharing is to inform you that you're not the only one. I would like you to be aware that love exists and that therapy can be normal. Your health is truly your greatest asset. I wish you to live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets as death is the only thing promised to us in our life.
