Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler has a similar fashion to The Cinema Snob, but she tends to obsessively watching dumb action films. Her reviews started in the latter half of 2009, and following her rise to fame (under the name of Obscurus Lupa, which was previously used) Allison Pregler was part of the family at Channel Awesome. The site remained active until early 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was retooled into Movie Nights. The host hosts two podcasts on her channel, both of which focus on the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. You can see her videos here as well as here. Her Twitter profile, Tumblr page and Facebook account also have videos. Are you bored of Allison? Ninja the Mission Force is the place to catch her performing the exercises as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! was also featuring her. She also appeared as a guest star in Midnight Screenings is a regular occurrence. The show reviews horrible films aimed at children, RiffTrax and live shows. There are also times when it features adult comedy. In late 2009 she began to write reviews of films which gained her acclaim on Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome forums. She then became a part of the family of network movie critics. She's appeared on a variety of Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She appeared on many seasons of Nostalgia Critic and was a past member of Channel Awesome's family along together with Doug Walker.
